Needless to say, it’s been a helluva year!

We (the team) take COVID seriously, and we expect that our guests do, too. That said, we’ve learned a lot over the year and feel prepared to proceed with retreats safely. Here are the requirements and precautions we’re taking to ensure a safe experience for all.

Please note: these guidelines are subject to small changes at the discretion of the retreat organizers as circumstances change and risk levels decline.

  • we will be following the Traveler Guidelines for New York state; here is the most current version. As of this writing, you are exempt from these travel restrictions if traveling within New York and from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Vermont.

  • required COVID testing 3 days prior to arrival OR proof of vaccination

  • zero-tolerance policy for anybody showing symptoms or that has been exposed

  • group size limited to 30 people max (including staff)

  • hand-washing reminders and hand sanitizer in common space

  • all surfaces wiped with anti-bacterial solution regularly

  • Yoga mats sanitized after each use. (bring-your-own yoga mats)

  • no guests in the kitchen while meals are being prepared

  • the Lodge is 7,500 square feet and boasts high ceilings and tons of space; even when we’re spending time inside, it will feel spacious and roomy with good airflow.

  • as much time spent outdoors as the weather allows!

 

 

What happens if I start to feel unwell as the date approaches?

Of course this is a concern and we want to make sure nobody feels pressured to attend a retreat if they think they may be at risk. In the case of a last-minute cancelation due to COVID-related symptoms, we are happy to transfer your investment as a full credit on a future retreat.

What if we go back into lockdown and the retreat gets canceled?

Another real concern! Final decisions will be made 2 weeks prior to any departure dates, and retreats will only be canceled if mandated by local or federal government. In the case of a canceled retreat, you will have the option of transferring your investment as a full credit on a future retreat, OR receiving a partial refund (relinquishing your deposit). Please note partial refunds are only offered if the retreat is canceled by the organizer, and are not available if a guest cancels but the retreat is still on.
