It’s no secret that the key to effective weight loss is exercise. And, Chair Yoga definitely makes positive changes in your body. However, making healthy lifestyle changes, such as adding exercise as well as improving eating habits can often seem like insurmountable tasks.
With that in mind, my Chair Yoga Program was developed to help people jumpstart their Timeless Lifestyle, It’s for the beginner yoga newbie. I will continue to have more classes from here to work your way up to a stronger healthier you. Remember…eating habits and a clean break from unhealthy, high-glycemic foods will also help you on your Timeless Lifestyle journey.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Participants are guided in postures, breathwork, and meditation. This practice promotes stability and flexibility at the level of the body, self-awareness and clarity at the level of the mind, a sense of calm and balance at the level of the emotions, and overall wellness Participants should bring a mat, water and a towel.
